At Gray-Nicolls, we are committed to providing the highest quality cricket gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all tags to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring that cricket bats, pads, and gloves are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
