How do I choose the correct cricket bat size?
Our size guide provides measurements based on player height. Generally, a 'Short Handle' bat is suitable for adults 5'9" and over, while junior sizes range from Size 0 to Harrow based on age and height.
Do your bats come pre-knocked in?
While many of our bats feature a 'ReadyPlay' finish, we strongly recommend a further period of light knocking-in with a mallet and net practice with an old ball before competitive use to ensure longevity.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship our premium cricket equipment worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the order.
How can I return or exchange an item?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.

Are Gray-Nicolls products covered by a warranty?
